            General Terms

1. You will be receiving marketing material only if you have provided your respective consent. If you would like to be blocked from receiving our bonuses, please contact our Customer Support Department team.
2. You will only use your Bonus Balance after first using any Real Balance you have.
3. If you use your Bonus Balance and your bet generates a win, the winnings will be added to your bonus balance (unless the bet completes all your wagering requirements in which case, except if the bonus is non-Cashable (see clause 17 below), the entire remaining bonus balance will be transferred to your real balance). If a bet uses both real and bonus balance and the bet generates a winning, amounts will be credited proportionally to the respective balances.
4. Any bonus (free spins included) which is credited to your account (credited directly to your account or via a prize giving mechanism for example Prize Twister) shall be subjected to rules stated here, as well as in the current applicable Specific Bonus Terms.
5. Unless stated otherwise in the promotion offer, bonuses are only available to players who have made at least one successful deposit in their accounts.
6. Having an active bonus does not prevent you from withdrawing, however you will have to choose to cancel your entire bonus balance (this includes any winnings you accrued using your bonus) should you wish to withdraw. You may cancel your bonus at any time from the “Personal Area” section.
7. If you choose to cancel your bonus, this is an irreversible action. If we exceptionally / for special reasons decide, upon your request, to offer you again the same bonus, it will be added back with the full wagering conditions being in full effect, regardless of the number of wagering made before reinstating the same bonus.
8. In the event that a technical or operational misconfiguration or failure results in the incorrect number or value of free spins, free bets, golden chips or an incorrect Bonus being added to your account, we reserve the right to correct this by removing any winnings or other amount or part of the bonus that may have been received.
9. Any registration of, or attempt to register, multiple accounts, to gain bonus money will be deemed as bonus abuse and will result in the accounts being blocked, your potential profits being deleted and your deposits being treated according to the applicable laws and regulations.
10. In accordance with the privacy policy, we regularly send promotional communication with bonus offers. You are only eligible for the bonus if you received the communication directly from us. If we determine that a specific customer did not receive that particular promotion as an intended exclusive targeted recipient that this promotion was sent out to, we will not honour any payout requests from the customer, even if they have met the wagering criteria.
11. We reserve the right to cancel promotions or bonus offers, of any kind at any time, without prior notice. Any such cancellation will not affect an award already redeemed. Where a deposit-based promotion or bonus offer, which you have already activated, is cancelled due to a technical or operational failure on our side, we will refund only the respective deposit.
12. All offers you see in your Daily Picks are available to you because of the current state of your account. Offers can become unavailable before the time has expired due to changes within the account caused by transactions made.
13. If you receive a non-Deposit bonus (general no deposit bonus /registration bonus etc’), free spins, free bets or free golden chips with no deposit, then limits may apply (as will be specifically mentioned in the respective Specific Bonus Terms) as to the maximum amount that you can win or withdraw from it. Any winnings that exceed this cap, including any additional winnings generated from those funds, even if a deposit is made afterwards will be forfeited and removed from your account.
14. Free spins are spins which take place that do not reduce funds from your bankroll. For the avoidance of doubt, any mention of Free spins in this bonus policy refers to spins that do not reduce money from your bankroll, regardless of what those free spins are marketed as. Those present terms are not applicable for free spins which are a triggered feature within a game.  
15. Players are allowed to play in any game while having an active bonus. In certain games bonus balance funds are not available to play with and when you open those games you will only see your real balance. To check for the bonus availability, please refer to the information card for each game in the casino platform.
16. A Pending Bonus is a bonus which will be available for use only after any wagering has been completed. You will see this bonus in your Pending Bonus balance.
17. A non-cashable bonus is a bonus the capital amount of which, once wagering is completed or the bonus is consumed, will not be added to your real balance regardless of whether there was any bonus amount left when it was consumed. Once the wagering is completed/bonus is consumed, any amount left (i.e. the profits produced by the capital amount of such bonus) will be removed from your bonus balance and if the wagering requirements have been met, such profits (but not the capital amount of such non-cashable bonus) will be transferred to your Real Money balance. The respective special bonus terms will make direct reference as to whether a specific bonus is a non-cashable one as herewith defined.
18. Bonuses, free spins, free bets or Golden Chips which are not subject to wagering requirements are subject to ‘Irregular Bonus Withdrawal’ monitoring as described in clause 19 below.
19. You can withdraw the balance or part of your real money at any time. However, should you attempt to withdraw after having received a bonus, free spins, free bets or Golden Chips, the bonus you received will be cancelled.
    
            Wagering Requirements
20. We have several wagering requirements calculation methods depending on the games played as following:
    1. Only bets placed on Slots games always count 100% towards your wagering requirements with the following exceptions (b), (c) and (d):
    2. 10% of bets placed in non-Slots games count towards your wagering requirements.
    3. 50% of bets placed in non-Slots games count towards your wagering requirements when the specific bonus term specifically state so and make reference to “Special Mixed Wagering”. Special Mixed wagering is only available on special occasions and to players of certain statuses.
    4. For all wagering groups, bets placed on Crash games count as 20% towards the wagering requirements.
21. When a bonus with wagering requirements is added to your account the amount of the respective wagering required is converted to “Bonus Redeem Points”.
22. Bonus wagering requirements are displayed as Points to Redeem in the Bonus page in the Personal Area. Unless the game you are playing is a game referred to in clause 23 or subject to clause 15, for every €1 wagered, you will accrue 0.5 points.
23. Wagering only counts for one bonus at a time according to the following rules: 
    1. If there are bonuses restricted to a specific game or games, wagering will contribute to these bonuses first if that specific game is played.
    2. If multiple bonuses are active with different wagering conditions, the wagering will be applied to the bonus with the largest amount first.
    3. If there are two active bonuses with identical conditions, wagering will contribute to the bonus with the largest amount first.
    4. Please note that you will always first wager your real money funds and only when they are fully wagered, you will then start wagering your Bonus Balance.
    5. Payouts will only be applied to the largest bonus that has been used. This includes instances where a bet has been placed using the highest bonus balance or if the largest bonus has already accrued redeem points.
24. If a bonus has not been used (turnover requirement not met) within 30 days, unless provided otherwise in the respective special bonus terms, the bonus amount will be cancelled and removed from your account provided there are no ongoing games sessions in the account.
25. The Specific Bonus Terms may set a specific deadline to meet the wagering requirements for non-deposit Bonuses before the bonus and any winnings are removed.
26. All free spins, free bets and Golden Chips are available for the period specified in the Specific Bonus terms.
27. In the case that bonus money is wagered and lost, but not all wager requirements were met, providing you don't have any open games, the next deposit made to your account will automatically reset the bonus as “consumed” and it will not be necessary to complete the remaining wager requirements. Any abuse of this in order to avoid completing bonus wagering will result in all winnings from the bonus being removed.
28. If you have a bonus consumed/cancelled/expired, either by the system or due to your own request, and the wagering was not completed, all your winnings (from such a bonus) will be removed including any pending/unclaimed winnings (from such a bonus) from games/promotions you played whilst you had the bonus.

Irregular Play/Fair Play

29. We reserve the right to refuse or void a bonus and/or winnings accruing from such a bonus in the event of funds being cancelled or denied or disputed by any payment service or payment provider or by the user himself.
30. We reserve the right to restrict, cancel, or withhold bonus related winnings in cases where we have objective indications of irregular or abusive play that is primarily intended to exploit promotional offers, rather than to participate in the games in good faith. For the avoidance of doubt, irregular or abusive play may include, but is not limited to: (a) Low-risk or low-variance betting patterns used primarily to meet wagering requirements; (b) equal, hedge, or zero-risk betting strategies applied in conjunction with bonuses; (c) Repetitive or systematic betting behavior designed to minimize risk while extracting bonus value; (d) the use of betting systems or strategies that undermine the intended purpose of a promotion. In such cases, any action taken will be proportionate and limited to the bonus or bonus derived winnings.
31. If we have strong and established suspicions that a player has or is abusing a bonus offer/s, either on his own or in association with partners, we reserve the right to recall the bonus or bonuses, cancel any winnings and block or close the relevant player/s accounts.
32. Promotions and bonuses are there to reward our players who meet bonus eligibility criteria – We have zero tolerance policy on bonus abuse and fraudulent activity (as this is defined in our Terms and Conditions – Concession Agreement – see esp. article 5.2.3 points “b” to “o”). We reserve the right to block bonuses from any player for whom we have established suspicions that they are abusing our promotions. If fraudulent activity or abuse is suspected in an established way, we reserve the right to remove bonuses and winnings therefrom from the account and also to close/block the account, in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
33. It is clarified that depositing without the intention of playing / risking the funds you deposited is clearly an Unfair play indication.
34. Bonuses/Free Spins with zero wagering are subject to Fair Play. Any player that takes advantage of such offers, and attempts to withdraw without adhering to Fair Play, will have all their winnings withheld and be restricted from taking any future offers. For example, if a player makes a deposit so as to claim a free spins offer, then plays the free spins and then withdraws both the free spins winnings and the deposit (without having placed any bets with such deposit), this will constitute an Unfair Play behavior and will result in this present term becoming applicable. This present term will not be enforced in case a player wagers even a small amount of his deposit.
